In the passionate mid August, the human resources management field in Taizhou once again welcomed a feast of knowledge and inspiration. On August 13th, the 9th Taizhou HR Mentor Team Accompanying Running Class Activity was successfully held at Baida Precision Industry. This event not only gathered more than 50 HR elites from many well-known enterprises in Taizhou, but also became an important opportunity to promote innovation and upgrading of human resource management in Taizhou.<\/p>\n
The event kicked off with a heartfelt message from Professor Ma Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee and Dean of the School of Business at Taizhou University. He emphasized the importance of improving human resource management level for enterprise development in the current complex and ever-changing economic environment, and highly recognized the influence demonstrated by the Taizhou HR Mentor Group since its establishment. He stated that the Business School of Taizhou University will continue to serve as a solid backing, providing intellectual support and academic guidance for the development of the mentor group and the human resource management of Taizhou enterprises.<\/p>\n
Subsequently, Fang Binghui, the Administrative and Human Resources Director of Baida Precision Industry, gave a fascinating presentation titled “Turning Goals into Results – Efficient Goal Management Practice”. Based on practical cases of Baida Precision Industry, Fang analyzed the core elements and implementation strategies of efficient goal management in a clear and concise manner, emphasizing the key role of closed-loop management of goal setting, execution monitoring, and result evaluation in improving organizational efficiency. He emphasized that the key to goal management lies in clarity, measurability, and achievability, and encouraged HR to integrate this concept into daily work to drive continuous improvement of organizational efficiency.<\/p>\n
\nSubsequently, Wang Boyan, a specially invited guest mentor from Taizhou Human Resources Association and founder of Shanghai Bojun Consulting, conducted in-depth interactive exchanges with the attendees on the theme of “Performance Management and Talent Evaluation”. Teacher Wang, with rich industry experience and unique insights, comprehensively elaborated on the construction of performance management system, the design of KPI indicators, and the diversified methods of talent evaluation. He encourages HR to dare to innovate, practice, constantly review and improve existing human resource management models to meet the needs of rapid enterprise development.<\/p>\n
In the interactive session, participants asked the two guests about the pain points in human resource management they encountered in their work, creating a lively and lively atmosphere.
